Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tbsp A1 steak sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt & black pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins
- Jalapeños for heat
- Diced steak bites
- Extra cheddar on top for baking
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Mix in sour cream, A1 sauce, Worcestershire, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
- Fold in cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled, or bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes until hot and bubbly.
