Oven Baked Bloomin’ Apples 
I made these Oven Baked Bloomin’ Apples and smothered them in vanilla ice cream… they were insanely good! 
Ingredients:
4 apples (Honeycrisp, Gala, or Fuji)
4 tbsp butter, melted
¼ cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Vanilla ice cream, for serving
Caramel sauce (optional)
