OK folks. As a retired chef with 42 years in the industry, it’s always been my preference to use my own stick for soups and gravies. But when there is no time, or needed product to do so, there is a product that is used in most professional kitchens. It is hard to find in most supermarkets. Knorr Professional Ultimate. As I live in Southwestern Canada, I get it from US Foods Chefstore, in Bellingham, Washington. They have several stores in the Pacific Northwest. If you have similar restaurant supply stores near you, this product is the best I’ve found.
