Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
- Add a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese to the center of each biscuit.
- Fold the dough around the filling and pinch closed to form a ball.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over each dough ball.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
