Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground  beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 teaspoon  garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar  cheese
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain excess grease.
  3. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle.
  5. Add a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheddar cheese to the center of each biscuit.
  6. Fold the dough around the filling and pinch closed to form a ball.
  7. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  8. Mix melted butter with minced garlic. Brush over each dough ball.
  9. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
  11. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
