Triple BLT Stack
Cook bacon in a pan until crispy, then set it aside and keep just a little of the fat. Toast three slices of bread in that same pan until golden and slightly crunchy.
Spread mayo on each slice, then start stacking—crispy bacon first, followed by fresh lettuce and thick tomato slices with a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the second slice of bread, then repeat another layer of bacon, lettuce, and tomato.
Top with the final slice, press it down gently, then slice through—layers hold together while that bacon crunch and juicy tomato hit all at once.
