Ingredients
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
– 1 tbsp paprika
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Thread shrimp onto soaked bamboo skewers.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and lime juice.
3. Brush mixture over shrimp skewers.
4. Grill or broil over medium‑high heat, 2‑4 min per side.
5. Serve with extra lime wedges and a side of corn salsa.
