Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz) box chocolate instant pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chunks
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until smooth and thick.
  2. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.
  3. Spoon graham cracker crumbs into the bottom of small cups or snack bags.
  4. Add a layer of chocolate pudding.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows and chocolate chunks.
  6. Drizzle with chocolate syrup before serving.

🍋 Walking Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz) box cheesecake instant pudding
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup crushed vanilla cookies
  • 1/4 cup lemon curd
  • Lemon zest

Instructions

  1. Whisk cheesecake pudding mix with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened.
  2. Fold in whipped topping until creamy and smooth.
  3. Add crushed vanilla cookies to the bottom of cups or snack bags.
  4. Spoon cheesecake mixture over the cookies.
  5. Add small spoonfuls of lemon curd on top and swirl gently.
  6. Sprinkle with lemon zest before serving.
