Cheesecake Cake Bites (4 Flavors)

Cheesecake Bites = Tiny Treats, Big Flavor 
1. Cherry Chip:

Ingredients
1. Cherry Chip 
15.25 ounces cherry chip cake mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces bright pink candy wafer melts
4 ounces white almond bark

2. Unicorn 
15.25 ounces funfetti strawberry cake mix with candy bits (unicorn cake mix)
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons unicorn sprinkles, or multi-colored sprinkles
1 cup pink candy melts
1 cup purple candy melts
1 cup blue candy melts
1 cup yellow candy melts
⅓ cup unicorn sprinkles, optional

3. Carrot Cake 
0.69 ounce boxed carrot cake mix, I used Duncan Hines Perfectly Moist brand
0.36 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
0.55 ounces white/vanilla candy melts
0.18 ounces orange candy melts

4. Red Velvet 
15.25 ounces red velvet cake mix
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
12 ounces white almond bark
¾ cup red candy melts, optional stripping garnish
