Ingredients
- 1 tsp turmeric (fresh grated or powder)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (or ½ tsp ground ginger)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- Warm the water
Heat water until warm but not boiling. - Mix ingredients
Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, lemon juice, and honey to a cup. - Stir well
Pour the warm water over the mixture and stir until the honey dissolves. - Enjoy
