KIELBASA SOUP WITH POTATOES

 1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

– 1 bay leaf.

– 1 Tsp.Of dried thyme.

– 1 Tsp.Of paprika.

– 1/2 Tsp.Of black pepper.

– Salt to taste.

– Fresh parsley for garnish.
THE INGREDIENTS LIST:

 

– 1 lb.Of Kielbasa sausage, sliced into bite-sized pieces.

– 4 Cups.Of chicken or vegetable broth.

– 4 Cups.Of water.

– 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced.

– 1 large onion, finely chopped.

– 3 garlic cloves, minced.

– 2 large carrots, peeled and sliced.

– 2 celery stalks, chopped.

– 1 red bell pepper, diced.

– 1 can.Of diced tomatoes (with juice).

– 1 Tbsp.Of olive oil.

– 1 bay leaf.
