Steak & Cheese Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients
2 large croissants
1/2 lb ribeye or sirloin, thinly sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced
1/2 cup fresh spinach or arugula
2 slices provolone cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak 2–3 minutes until browned. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sauté onions until soft.
Slice croissants and lightly toast if desired.
Layer steak, onions, provolone, and greens inside croissants. Serve warm.
Breakfast Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients
2 large croissants
4 eggs
4 slices cooked bacon
2 slices cheddar cheese
Salt & pepper
1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
Scramble or fry eggs in butter; season with salt and pepper.
Slice croissants and toast lightly.
Layer eggs, bacon, and cheddar inside.
Serve immediately while warm and melty.
Chicken Salad Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 celery stalk, finely chopped
1/3 cup red grapes, halved
Salt & pepper
4 croissants
Lettuce leaves
Instructions
Mix chicken, mayo, Dijon, celery, grapes, salt, and pepper.
Slice croissants and add lettuce.
Spoon chicken salad generously inside and serve chilled.
Crispy Chicken Caesar Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients
2 crispy chicken fillets
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup shredded romaine
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
2 croissants
Instructions
Slice croissants.
Toss romaine with Caesar dressing.
Layer crispy chicken, dressed lettuce, and Parmesan inside croissants.
Serve immediately.
BBQ Pulled Pork Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients
2 cups cooked pulled pork
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
2 croissants
Creamy Slaw
1 cup shredded cabbage
2 tablespoons mayo
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Warm pulled pork and mix with BBQ sauce.
Mix slaw ingredients separately.
Fill croissants with pork and top with slaw.
Drizzle extra BBQ sauce if desired.
Smashed Burger Croissant Sandwich
Ingredients
1/2 lb ground beef
Salt & pepper
2 slices cheddar
2 croissants
Lettuce, tomato, onion (optional)
Burger Sauce
2 tablespoons mayo
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
Pinch garlic powder
Instructions
Form 2 thin beef patties. Season and cook in a hot skillet, pressing flat. Cook 2–3 minutes per side. Add cheese to melt.
Mix sauce ingredients.
Toast croissants lightly.
Spread sauce on croissants, add burger patty, and toppings. Serve hot.
