1. Preheat the Oven
- Set oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
2. Season the Chicken
- Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Optional: Lightly dredge in flour for a golden crust.
3. Sear the Chicken
