Ingredients:
Ingredient Quantity
Shredded green cabbage 4 cups
Thinly sliced cucumbers 1 cup
Thinly sliced celery 1 cup
Grated carrots ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon
Sugar 1 tablespoon
Freshly ground black pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Chopped fresh parsley ¼ cup
How To Make Creamy Peppery Coleslaw:
Combine Vegetables: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, cucumbers, celery, and grated carrots.
Make the Dressing: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, black pepper, and salt until smooth.
Mix & Chill: Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until all the ingredients are well coated. Stir in the chopped parsley for a burst of freshness.
Refrigerate: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the coleslaw for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
Serve: Before serving, give the coleslaw a good stir and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
