1. Prepare the Crumbs

Place the crumbs in a pan on medium heat.

Cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown (8–10 minutes).

Remove from heat and let cool.
2. Make the Custard

In a non-stick pan, combine sugar and egg yolks; whisk until smooth.

Add milk and whisk again.

Mix in the flour until fully incorporated.

Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens (6–10 minutes).

Remove from heat and allow to cool.
3. Assemble the Dessert

In glasses or cups, place 2 tablespoons of crumbs.

Add 2 tablespoons of custard on top.

Repeat layers until the glass is full.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.
4. Serve

Garnish with whipped cream, cocoa powder, or fresh fruit if desired.
