“Napoleon in a Glass” – Quick & Delicious Dessert

1. Prepare the Crumbs

  • Place the crumbs in a pan on medium heat.

  • Cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown (8–10 minutes).

  • Remove from heat and let cool.

2. Make the Custard

  • In a non-stick pan, combine sugar and egg yolks; whisk until smooth.

  • Add milk and whisk again.

  • Mix in the flour until fully incorporated.

  • Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the cream thickens (6–10 minutes).

  • Remove from heat and allow to cool.

3. Assemble the Dessert

  • In glasses or cups, place 2 tablespoons of crumbs.

  • Add 2 tablespoons of custard on top.

  • Repeat layers until the glass is full.

  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour to set.

4. Serve

  • Garnish with whipped cream, cocoa powder, or fresh fruit if desired.

  • Enjoy immediately!
