Mac and Cheese Bacon Burger

Steps

In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.

In a bowl, combine cooked macaroni, cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, ketchup, and mustard. Stir in the cooked beef until well combined.

Lay out tortillas and add a portion of the mac & cheese beef mixture. Roll tightly like a burrito.

Brush each roll with melted butter and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.

Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips

  1. Customize with extra spices like paprika or cayenne for added heat.
  2. Substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version.
  3. For a vegetarian option, use plant-based protein or crumbled veggie patties.
  4. Add extra shredded cheese before toasting for an even cheesier crust.
