Ingredients
For the Caramel
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
For the Flan Custard
- 4 large eggs
- 1 (14 oz / 400 g) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (12 oz / 350 ml) can evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp pure vanilla extract
- ½ cup (120 ml) whole milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
