Easy No-Fry Zucchini Fritters

Instructions

 

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).


2️⃣ Prepare Zucchini

  • Grate the zucchinis.

  • Squeeze out as much excess water as possible.


3️⃣ Mix Ingredients

  • In a bowl, combine grated zucchini, eggs, salt, herbs, and cheese (if using).

  • Mix until well combined.


4️⃣ Shape the Fritters

  • Spoon mixture onto a parchment-lined baking tray, or

  • Use muffin tins for easy individual portions.


5️⃣ Bake

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden and set.


6️⃣ Cool and Serve

Let them cool for 5 minutes before serving.
