Easy Blender Dessert: No-Bake Chocolate Banana Mousse

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe bananas

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)

  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut cream (for creaminess)

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional toppings: chopped nuts, berries, shredded coconut, chocolate chips


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender: bananas, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, yogurt (or coconut cream), and salt.

  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy—about 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides if needed.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or cocoa as desired.

  4. Serve immediately for a soft mousse, or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up a bit.

  5. Top with your favorite toppings and enjoy!


Bonus:

  • Swap banana for avocado for an even silkier texture and healthy fats.

  • Add a spoonful of nut butter for extra richness.

  • For a boozy twist, add a splash of coffee liqueur or rum.
