Instructions
1. Roasting the Base Ingredients
In a dry pan, gently roast the almonds, peanuts, oats, seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, flax, chia, poppy), and fennel seeds over low heat for 5–7 minutes. Stir continuously to avoid burning. You’ll know they’re ready when they give off a warm, nutty aroma.
2. Cooling & Grinding
Allow the mixture to cool completely. Transfer it to a high-speed blender or food processor and grind until you get a fine powder.
3. Adding the Superfoods
Add the amla powder, beetroot powder, rose petals, and moringa powder to the blender. Pulse briefly to combine. The final product should be evenly mixed and have a soft, earthy aroma.
4. Storage
Store your collagen-boosting powder in an airtight glass jar, away from heat and moisture. It will stay fresh for up to 2–3 months.
