Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

👨‍🍳 Instructions

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.


Step 2: Prepare the Cauliflower

  • Wash and dry the cauliflower.

  • Cut into evenly sized florets.


Step 3: Coat the Cauliflower

  • Toss florets in olive oil.

  • In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Sprinkle the mixture over the cauliflower and toss well.

  • Press the coating gently onto the florets.


Step 4: Arrange on the Baking Sheet

  • Spread cauliflower in a single layer without overcrowding.


Step 5: Roast

  • Roast for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.

  • Optional: broil for 2–3 minutes for extra crispiness.


Step 6: Make the Dipping Sauce (Optional)

  • Mix all dipping sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  • Adjust seasoning and chill until serving.


Step 7: Serve

  • Let the cauliflower cool slightly.

  • Serve warm with or without dipping sauce.
