Coconut Oil for Hair Growth – Add this in your Hair Oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon dried or fresh amla pieces (or amla powder)
  • 10–15 fresh curry leaves

Method:

  • Heat the coconut oil in a pan on low flame.
  • Add the amla pieces (or powder) and curry leaves to the oil.
  • Let them cook slowly until the amla turns dark brown and the curry leaves become crisp.
  • Turn off the heat and allow the oil to cool.
  • Strain the oil and store it in a clean, dry bottle.
  • Massage this oil into your scalp and hair 2–3 times a week.
  • Leave it overnight or at least for an hour before washing.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1 small onion (chopped finely or grated)

Method:

3. Coconut and Castor Oil Blend for Thick Hair

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon castor oil

Method:

  • Warm both oils slightly (just lukewarm, not hot).
  • Mix them well in a small bowl.
  • Apply the blend to your scalp and hair roots, massaging gently.
  • Leave it on for at least 1–2 hours, or overnight for best results.
