Cheesecake Rolls

Start by preheating your oven to 375°F.
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a bowl using an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.

Unroll the crescent roll dough, separating it into 8 triangles along the seams. Take one triangle, placing it with the short end facing you and the pointed end facing outward.

Spread a layer of cream cheese mixture on the bottom third of each pastry triangle, then line up two rows of blueberries on top.
Roll out the pastry from the edge closest to you to the opposite tip, enclosing the blueberry and cream cheese filling.
Place each roll on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown.
