BBQ Meatballs

  1. Preheat Oven
    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.

  2. Make the Meatballs
    In a large bowl, combine all the meatball ingredients. Mix until just combined — don’t overwork the meat.

  3. Shape & Bake
    Form into 1 to 1.5-inch balls (about 20-24 meatballs). Place on the baking sheet.
    Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until browned and cooked through.

  4. Make the Sauce
    While meatballs are baking, mix all sauce ingredients in a large skillet or saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  5. Combine
    Add the baked meatballs to the sauce. Toss to coat and simmer for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  6. Serve
    Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions. Serve hot!
