Biscuits & Gravy Plate
Start with breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up and cooking until browned. Sprinkle in a bit of flour and stir it through the sausage, then slowly pour in milk while stirring until it thickens into a creamy gravy. Season with salt and black pepper. In another pan, fry eggs until the whites are set and the yolks stay soft. Split warm biscuits and spoon the hot sausage gravy over the top, then serve alongside the eggs while everything’s still hot.
