🍞 Soft Dinner Rolls

🥖 Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons sugar
1 packet rapid-rise yeast
1 cup warm water
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/4 teaspoons salt
👩‍🍳 Instructions:
In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, and yeast.
Add the warm water and start mixing.
Add the olive oil and salt, then knead well until you get a soft, smooth dough.
Cover the dough and let it rise for about 1 hour, until it doubles in size.
Divide the dough into small balls and place them in small molds or a baking pan.
Let them rest for another 20–30 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
You can brush the top with butter or egg before baking for a nice golden color.
