Ingredients :
For the Chicken:
- 1½ lbs boneless chicken breasts, cubed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- For the Bang Bang Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to spice preference)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional, for added sweetness)
- For the Fried Rice:
- 3 cups cooked jasmine rice (preferably day-old)
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, etc.)
- 2–3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Salt & pepper to taste - 1 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
