Homemade Chunky Ice Cream

Prep Time: 10 mins (+ 6 hours freezing)
Servings: 4-6

Ingredients:
2 cups cold whipping cream (chilled)

1 cup Nestlé condensed milk (or any sweetened condensed milk)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional mix-ins:

Crushed cookies, chocolate chips, nuts, fruit, or caramel swirl

Instructions:

Whip the Cream:

In a large bowl, beat the cold whipping cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until stiff peaks form (about 3-5 minutes).

Add Condensed Milk & Vanilla:

Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla extract until fully combined. Be careful not to overmix to keep it fluffy.

Add Mix-Ins (Optional):

If using chunky add-ins (like cookies or chocolate), fold them in now for extra texture.

Freeze:

Transfer the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container.

Cover with plastic wrap or a lid and freeze for at least 6 hours (or overnight).

Serve & Enjoy!

Scoop and enjoy your creamy, chunky ice cream!

Pro Tip: For extra creaminess, let it sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping.
