Base Method (for ALL fries)
- Peel & cut potatoes into strips
- Soak in cold water 20–30 minutes (removes starch = crispier)
- Dry completely
- Toss with oil + seasoning
- Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 25–30 min
(or deep fry at 350°F / 175°C for 4–6 min)
1. Classic French Fries
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Simple, crispy, perfect base

2. Garlic Parmesan Fries
Ingredients:
- 4 potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp parsley
- Salt & pepper
Toss with garlic + cheese right after baking
