4 slices of Swiss cheese
4 slices of ham
1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, beaten
2 cups prepared stuffing
Salt and pepper to taste

Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them to about 1/4 inch thickness.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on each chicken breast.
Add a spoonful of prepared stuffing on top of the cheese.
Carefully roll up each chicken breast and secure with toothpicks.
Dredge each chicken roll in flour, then dip in beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Brown the chicken rolls on all sides, then transfer them to a baking dish.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted.

Remove toothpicks before serving and enjoy!
Variations & Tips
For a lighter version, you can use turkey slices instead of ham and opt for low-fat cheese. If you have picky eaters, consider using a mild cheese like mozzarella instead of Swiss. You can also add some chopped spinach or mushrooms to the stuffing for extra nutrition. For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and flour.
