Step 1: Prepare the Ribs
Cut spareribs into smaller sections if needed for easier fitting in the slow cooker.
Step 2: Make the Sauce
In a bowl, mix:
- Barbecue sauce
- Brown sugar
- Cola soda
Stir until combined.
Step 3: Add to Slow Cooker
Place ribs into the slow cooker and pour the sauce over the top.
Step 4: Cook Low & Slow
Cover and cook:
- LOW: 7–8 hours
- HIGH: 4–5 hours
Until ribs are tender.
Step 5: Optional Finish
For a sticky caramelized finish, place cooked ribs on a baking sheet and broil for 3–5 minutes.
